Pursuant to PPL Electric’s DSP VI, PPL Electric will purchase Alternative Energy Credits (AECs) to meet its obligations under the AEPS Act. For this July 2026 Solicitation, PPL Electric is soliciting Photovoltaic, PA Tier 1, and PA Tier 2 AECs for immediate delivery, as well as long-term supply of Photovoltaic AECs for a 19-year delivery period.

Bidder Qualifications are submitted online and are due by noon on Thursday, June 4, 2026. No late submissions will be accepted under any circumstances.

Bidder Qualifications are submitted online by completing the online Qualification Form. The RFP Manager will send login credentials and instructions to all RFP Bidders who successfully qualified in the previous solicitation under the AEC/LTAEC RFP or to those who have requested qualification accounts under DSP VI. New Bidders must request an account to access the online Qualification form by requesting an account here.
