PPL Electric has posted RFP documents for the July 2026 Solicitation under its sixth Default Service Program (“DSP VI”). The July 2026 Solicitation will feature an Alternative Energy Credits RFP (AEC RFP) and a Long-Term PA Solar Alternative Energy Credits RFP (LTAEC RFP). AECs procured through these RFPs will be used to meet PPL Electric’s obligations under the AEPS Act.

Bidder Qualifications for the AEC RFP and the LTAEC RFP are submitted online and are due by noon on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

The RFP Manager will send login credentials and instructions to all RFP Bidders who successfully qualified in the previous solicitation under the AEC/LTAEC RFP or to those who have requested qualification accounts under DSP VI. New Bidders must request an account to access the online Qualification form by requesting an account here.

The following products are to be procured in this July 2026 Solicitation.
